Well 2020 is coming to a close; I am sure many are glad this year is almost over and looking forward to a New Year. When looking back on a year, I like to share which have been the most popular posts. I am going to share the top three recipes and the three most read posts for the year. If you missed any of these posts, follow the links provided.

Top Three Recipes

For the second year in a row, the recipe for Curtido was the most popular one. This is a great recipe for a brightly colored sauerkraut that is great tasting too. If you are looking to add a fermented food to your diet, try this one.

The second most popular recipe was for Heart-Healthy Fudge. Who doesn’t love fudge?

These Almond Flour Raisin Cookies are super tasty and easy to make with the added benefit of being gluten-free.

The Most Popular Posts

It probably isn’t a surprise that the most read post for 2020 was Tips for Staying Healthy With COVID-19 in the Air. This has been a challenging year, and I do encourage clients and readers to work on your overall health. Building a strong immune system can help fight COVID and all other infections.

The second most read post was GAPS Testimonial: Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. The impact that diet can have through testimonies is encouraging.

The third most popular post was The Nutrient-Dense Stewing Hen. This one is both informational and a recipe for the use of stewing hens.

This year has been challenging for everyone as we all have been affected by the pandemic situation in some way or another. As 2020 wraps up, I want to thank you for following along and building your own health through your everyday choices.

Today and all through 2021,
I encourage you to find ways to invest in yourself physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
You are worth this investment.

Be blessed and be a blessing,

Heather
