Initial Intake
The initial intake is required for any additional services. This is a very in-depth process of gathering your health history, nutrition information, potential toxins, family history, and etc. Once the intake is completed, we will thoroughly review the information. This will be followed up with health and wellness recommendations for your specific health journey.
30-Minute Phone Consultation
This half hour provides an opportunity to discuss questions or challenges in your health and wellness journey.
